Class ImportGGADialog

public class ImportGGADialog extends PamDialog
Simple dialog asking the user to input a date for GGA string input. GGA strings contain a time but no date. If nmea data contains both GGA and RMC strings then the user can select to ignore the GGA strings and just use the RMC data.
